What you can do for free

It's free to create up to 3 goals with a Yellow Brick Road and start following them — no credit card required. If you're disciplined and self-motivated to reach your goal then your 3 goals will be free for you forever. (Beeminder is obviously not targeted at people like you!)

Stay on your yellow brick road and all is roses and ponies.
Gallant's Yellow Brick Road

Gallant is self-motivated. He's outperforming his road and won't be paying anything for using Beeminder.

Goofus's Yellow Brick Road

Goofus has drifted off his road. If he wants to try again he'll have to enter his credit card and pledge actual money.

What costs money

If you want to track more than 3 goals, then you'll need to sign up for the Infinibee premium plan.

If you veer off the road, that's when it gets interesting. If you're still a newbee and haven't entered payment info then you can walk away and abandon that goal — no further obligation. Maybe you decided you don't need Beeminder because you don't want to reach that stupid goal anyway. No problem! Beeminder was free for you too.

However, if you really meant to stay on the road, and you want to try again, you do so by committing to pay something — initially $5 — if you go off track a second time.

(We make it dead simple to decide to walk away even once you've put in your credit card: Click "Archive" on any goal and a one-week countdown starts, after which you're off the hook.)

We put a ton of thought into the commitment contracts with the goal of never letting anyone derail on a technicality or due to genuinely unexpected circumstances. We explicitly ask you when you derail if you consider it a legit derailment. (If this sounds too lenient, there's a "weaselproof me" box you can check.)

Premium Plans
